Meet Our Founder
Devin T. Lloyd, MBA founded Clear Path Separation and Divorce Mediation after navigating his own challenging divorce, where legal fees exceeded $45,000 with no resolution. By learning the system, drafting all necessary agreements and affidavits, and representing himself at trial, he resolved his case for under $225 in fees.
This experience inspired him to empower others to achieve strong outcomes at a fraction of the cost.

Before we work with you, we will estimate what the cost will be going forward & give you a proposal. Once you agree to work with us, each week we send you a summary of time spent on your issues and your cost. Our deposit is in the hundreds & not the thousands as they are when you retain a lawyer.
